BAU Projects
In July 2015 FastKlean were approached by BAU Projects with a request for a site assessment and valuation of a project they were carrying out in Bond Street, London. They contacted us based on recommendations they had received. Our Senior Account Manager visited the site and met with the Project Manager and Site Manager. It was a 6 story commercial building undergoing complete refurbishment for an office accomodation for over 700 employees.
Elliott
In August 2013 we were invited to tender for a cleaning project in Denmark Hill. After being vetted carefully by Elliot, we were among 5 commercial cleaning companies short listed to tender for this work.
Elliott were working on a 5 story extension of King‘s College Hospital. As part of the tender process, we visited the site and provided Elliott with a detailed cleaning proposal and pricing schedule for the works. The cleaning service comprised of Builders, Sparkle and Window Cleaning Services.

Bridge Renewal Trust
We were contacted by the Bridge Renewal Trust in June 2013 with an invitation for the public tender for the cleaning services required at the Bridge Community Hut. They were seeking a reputable and long established Cleaning Contractor for comprehensive weekly cleaning of their premises in London.
UCS Active and University College School
The client contacted our office in March 2011 with a request for quotation. They were visited by our Operations Director who provided a Welcome Pack with all the necessary information about the way our FastKlean operates and the services we offer. The Management were so impressed with our presentation and prices they immediately approved our Company.

Special Olympics
The Special Olympics main branch is located in the same premises as another FastKlean client, ‘EDM Media’. After spending weeks looking for and months using other cleaning companies FastKlean were approached following their recommendation. A meeting was hastily arranged and we were able to discuss all their requirements and demonstrate the reliability of our operatives, many of whom have worked for the company for more than 5 years.
